If item arrives damaged you will receive a refund and the item will be collected without charge

If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have ordered, or your item does not fit, we offer store credit, however you will be responsible for the return fees. We provide full measurements of all furniture items online, please make sure to measure correctly as we cannot be responsible for delivery charges taking furniture back to our shop.
RESTOCKING CHARGE. All items returned will be subject to a 25% restocking charge unless damaged in shipment or sent in error.

Outside of London, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping , we can help you arrange this. Please contact us for details.

Within 24 hours of arrival, send us a picture if item has arrived damaged to receive a refund.
